Spa Etiquette

The following information is intended to enhance your experience at Samsara Day Spa. Please carefully read through our spa etiquette information. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Reservations

At Samsara booking a week in advance is recommended to secure your best choice of appointment dates times.  Should you wish to share time at the spa with a companion, please inform us in advance so we can match your schedules accordingly. A valid major credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We value your time and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Check-In

We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This will allow you plenty of time for a leisurely check-in and to change (if necessary) into a spa robe and slippers.  It will also allow any new clients complete any necessary paperwork. Treatments begin and end as scheduled or the full value will be charged.

Environment

To preserve the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Thank you for honouring our smoke-free environment.

Cleanliness, Hygiene and Comfort

Cleanliness and hygiene has always been a top priority, so you can be assured that when you make your appointment at Samsara Day Spa you are guaranteed a relaxed and care-free experience. Our licensed professional staff will take care of your every need to leave you feeling pampered and revived. For your comfort and good health pedicures chairs are pipe-less and equipped with remote control shiatsu roller massagers. We are very particular about double dipping while performing waxing services, we do not double dip.

We appreciate your honest feedback as we are keen to know if your spa experience was as expected.

Gift Certificates

Our gift Certificates can be purchased for any dollar value; they are non-refundable and have one year validity.

Age Requirements

All clients must be at least 16 years of age to receive treatments unless accompanied by an adult.

Cancellations

Please note Samsara Day Spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please be courteous to cancel appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to 50% of the total amount. Credit card details are required to secure an appointment. Clients who wish to change, or cancel their appointment, are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice.

Product Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unused item(s) may be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase. Simply bring back your unused item(s) with your sales receipt and we will happily exchange your item(s) or issue an in-spa credit for equal value. Please note that opened items, or items received after 15 days of purchase date will not be eligible for an exchange or in-spa credit.
